Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $150.
Standard shipping is $7.95.
Express shipping is $15.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during new launches, promotions, or holiday periods.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

River West is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update your order before it ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has shipped, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier.

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, or if your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. We'll gladly help you work with the carrier to locate your package.
